Police staff help make a positive difference to the way we police Cambridgeshire every day. We have more than 800 staff members who are skilled in a wide range of areas, from administration to forensic support.
Our Police staff hold important roles in various departments making sure our organisation runs smoothly. Key roles can be found in organisational areas across the Constabulary including:
communications and marketing
estates and facilities management
performance and planning
Covering a wide range of specialist skills and experience means that whether you have reported information and are assisting the force, or are following something in the news or on social media, the chances are that a member of police staff is working on it behind the scenes.

Like other policing roles, police staff must be;
members of the EC/EEA
or, foreign nationals who have the right to live and work in the UK.
You must have lived in the UK for at least a year and be able to provide details of your family members to allow us to carry out security vetting.
