Our live web chat function can be accessed using the link below, or from any page of our website by selecting the circular ‘chat’ icon in the bottom right of your screen.
When you launch a chat, you will be put through to our team of specialist operators who will be able to assist you.
Your report will be handled in the exact same way as online reports or 101 calls, but can be much faster.
All we need from you to get started is your name, email address and contact number.
