A 40-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody in King’s Lynn.
Investigations are ongoing.
Detective Inspector Mark Dollard, from the Major Crime Unit, said: “I understand this is likely to be concerning for residents, but we believe it to be an isolated incident, and we are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information regarding this investigation.
“Our thoughts are with the man’s family at this time and specialist officers are keeping them updated.”
Anyone with any information is urged to report it online or via 101, quoting Op Fisherman.
