A man who sent racial abuse to a Member of Parliament and threatened to kill the Prime Minister along with probation officers has been jailed.
Lee White, 52, sent 109 menacing emails to Labour MP Rosena Allin-Khan between 29 August and 1 September 2024.
As well as the racial abuse, the emails also contained threats to kill Keir Starmer and cabinet minsters.

White was arrested at his home in Littleport on 4 September 2024.
In police interview, White said he sent the emails as an aggravated burglary at a relative’s house “was covered up” and got out of hand because he was “bored”.
After being released on bail, White sent messages, between 24 and 26 November 2024, to his probation officer threatening to kill everyone in the probation office with grenades and guns.
He added he would make Parkside Police Station explode.
White also claimed staff at The Cambridge Junction were protecting sex offenders and some of them would be paedophiles.
White was arrested on 28 November 2024 and remained silent in police interview.
On Tuesday (28 October), at Cambridge Crown Court, White, of Granby Street, Littleport, was jailed for 23 months having pleaded guilty to sending communication threatening death or serious harm, harassment without violence and send a letter/communication/article conveying an indecent/offensive message.
He also pled guilty to sending false communication with intent to cause harm and received no separate penalty for this.
DC James Lewis, who investigated, said: “Lee White’s menacing and threatening messages to the MP and his probation officer were deeply unpleasant and disgraceful so I’m glad he’s been jailed.”
