I write in connection with your request for information received on 14th April. I note you seek access to the following information:
I am requesting the following information under the Freedom of Information Act because I cannot find it on your website.
I would like to request information showing the number of arrests made for drunk and disorderly offences (Section 91 Criminal Justice Act 1967, Code DA06).
Please can you provide the total number of such arrests made in each of the following calendar years (1st January to 31st December): 2024 and 2023.
Please may I also have information on the amount of anti-social behaviour reports you had in each of the following calendar years (1st January to 31st December): 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019.
I am required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (The Act) to handle all requests in a manner that is blind to the identity of the requestor. Any information released in response to a request is regarded as being published and therefore, in the public domain without caveat.
