Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Ref No: FOI2025/04019

I write in connection with your request for information received on 12th May.  I note you seek access to the following information:

1. How many sexual assaults and rapes were reported where both the alleged victim and perpetrator were under 18 in 2024?
   
   2. How many reported incidents of sexual assault including rape took place on school property in 2024?
   
   3. How many reports were there of coercive control with an alleged victim aged under 20 in 2024?
   
   4. How many reports of rape specifically from people taking off a condom without consent (also known as stealthing) in 2024?

I am required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (The Act) to handle all requests in a manner that is blind to the identity of the requestor. Any information released in response to a request is regarded as being published and therefore, in the public domain without caveat.

For the second table, the school offences rely on the combination of the premises type field being populated (which often it isn’t) or conditions for premises name that identify locations as school, and our own attempts to remove Higher education locations, such as colleges and universities.  So therefore, the data supplied may not be fully comprehensive as there are ways that offences can be missed (or incorrectly included) by the query so figures may not be exact.
