I write in connection with your request for information received on 31st March. I note you seek access to the following information:
I am writing to request the following information under FOIA.
For every month, from Jan 2019 to the present day, the number of people under the age of 16 charged with rape and sexual offences, broken down by gender.
This should be presented in a spreadsheet format (XLSX or CSV) in a layout akin to the template table below (attached)
I am required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (The Act) to handle all requests in a manner that is blind to the identity of the requestor. Any information released in response to a request is regarded as being published and therefore, in the public domain without caveat.
