I write in connection with your request for information received on 19th November. I note you seek access to the following information:
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please could you provide me the following information by email:
1. The total number of speeding letters sent out to speeding motorists as part of the Community Speed Watch program during the years of 2022 and 2023, spanning two full years?
2. During the same period, can you please provide me with the total number of speeding motorists identified that warranted a second letter and please confirm if these letters were sent.
3. During the same period, can you please provide me with the total number of speeding motorists identified that warranted a third letter and please confirm if these letters were sent.
4. Finally, of those that were identified of requiring a third letter during the same period, how many third letters were delivered by hand, by a Police Officer or Special Officer? If hand delivered by other person, please specify?
