If you've been involved in a road traffic incident, or think you might have witnessed an offence on the roads, find out how to report it using our simple online tool. Just answer the quick questions below to make sure we give you the right advice and gather all of the relevant details.
Report a road traffic offence with evidence
You must complete the form in one go. You cannot save your progress and come back later. You have up to two hours to complete each page of the form before it times out.

An independent witness must be someone who witnessed the incident but who is wholly unrelated to the incident and to anyone involved.

It's more likely we'll be able to take action if the registration number of the offending vehicle(s) is visible in the evidence.
Please note: if your evidence shows you committing an offence, as well as the offender, you may also be prosecuted.
