Report a road traffic collision

Is it an emergency?  Remember, if someone is in danger and you need immediate support please call 999 now.

You can use this form to report online if:

  • You have been involved in a vehicle collision on the road or
  • Another driver has hit your stationary vehicle either parked on the side of the road or in a carpark.

Please only use this form to report damage only, if you or a passenger have a minor injury please report this at your local police station.

You can still complete this form if you do not know details of the other drivers involved e.g. if the other driver of the vehicle did not stop.

Upon completion of the form you will be contacted by a member of the investigation team if there are lines of enquiry or if an investigation commences.

  • Details about the day and time of the collision
  • Vehicle information for both your vehicle and any additional involved.
  • The location of the collision
  • Descriptions of both the vehicle and driver or persons involved.
  • Personal contact information
