Our live web chat function can be accessed from any page of our website by selecting the blue 'live chat' icon in the bottom right of your screen.

To use the live chat service you will need to accept functional cookies.

Your report will be handled in the exact same way as online reports or 101 calls, but can be much faster. 

All we need from you to get started is your name, email address and contact number.

We would only use your email address to send you a copy of your chat session, should you request it.
