Detectives are appealing for information after a puppy was stolen in a burglary in Toft.
The three-month-old Dachshund, called Peggy, was taken from Hardwick Road between 4pm and 5pm yesterday (18 March).
The offenders were wearing balaclavas when they broke through the rear patio doors and took Peggy from her crate.
Detective Sergeant Jon Lockwood, who is investigating, said: “We would like to hear from anyone who has information about Peggy, or anyone who saw anything suspicious in the moments leading up to and after the burglary.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact police online or call 101 and quote reference 35/19475/25. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 or report online.
