A paedophile who continued trying to groom girls despite being arrested and bailed for previous offences has been jailed.
Jason White, 33, was reported to the police by the first victim’s mother in September after she discovered he had been messaging her daughter online.
White had claimed he was 15 years old and asked the girl for an inappropriate photograph but then admitted his true age.

He continued to complement her, asked her for another picture and suggested they could be partners.
White then sent her an inappropriate photo and the conversation between the two ended.
White was arrested and bailed on 16 September.
However, he continued to offend and on December 11, he was reported to police by an online child activist group which had set up a decoy.
The decoy pretended to be a 14-year-old girl and White, who was using a fake name on a Facebook profile, again claimed to be a 15-year-old boy.
Just after the conversation began, White admitted he was 33, requested a relationship, and asked about meeting in Cambridge or Brighton.
He also sent another inappropriate picture of himself and was arrested on 17 December.
The online child activist group told officers White had engaged in another sexual conversation with a decoy posing as a 13-year-old girl and also sent another inappropriate picture of himself on December 15.
On Friday (31 January), at Cambridge Crown Court, White, of Eagle Street, Cambridge, was jailed for 23 months, having pleaded guilty to inciting a girl 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity – no penetration - and two counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
He was also placed on the Sex Offenders Register, given a restraining order against the victim and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, all for 10 years.
DC Rosie McKenzie said: “The fact White continued to offend on bail shows he is a danger to children so it’s good news he’s now behind bars.
"This case is a good example that people aren't always who they claim to be online.
“Child sexual abuse can be devastating for the victims and their families, and we will do everything in our power to put abusers in front of the courts.”
