Police are appealing for information following a serious collision on the A1(M) at Brampton.
Emergency services were called to the southbound exit-slip towards Brampton Hut and the A141 at about 2.25pm yesterday (Sunday, 22 September) with reports of a single vehicle collision involving a Vauxhall Corsa.
The driver of the Corsa, a man, was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, in Cambridge, with serious, but not threatening injuries.
Sergeant Jamie Cooper, from the Road Policing Unit, said: “We are appealing for witnesses to the collision or anyone who saw the vehicle in the moments leading up to the incident. We would also like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time with dash cam footage.”
Anyone with information should report online or call 101 quoting incident 262 of 22 September.
