Three men have been charged in connection with the thefts of high-powered keyless cars across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.
A 27-year-old and 25-year-old were arrested by detectives in Peterborough on Wednesday night (9 October), while a 33-year-old was arrested yesterday morning (Thursday).
All three men have been charged with conspiracy to steal 22 vehicles from Peterborough, Huntingdonshire and Skegness between 10 April and 6 September this year.
The 33-year-old has also been charged with breaching a deportation order.
They appeared at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court today (Friday) where they were remanded in prison until their next hearing at Cambridge Crown Court on 8 November.
