Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a fatal crash near Sawston.
Officers and paramedics were called to the scene on the A1301 Sawston bypass at about 10.55am yesterday (18 January), after a silver Audi A3 travelling northbound, towards Cambridge, was in collision with a lorry travelling in the opposite direction.
The Audi driver, a man from Cambridge, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The lorry driver suffered minor injuries.
Sergeant Alex Ward said: “Our thoughts are with the loved ones of the victim following yesterday's collision.
“I am appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage who may have seen the collision or the Audi A3 just prior.”
