A thug who assaulted his partner twice and threatened to kill her mother has been jailed.
Luke Brown, 30, attacked his partner on 26 December last year at her home in Cambridge.
He punched her in the head and mouth numerous times, knocking teeth out, following a row over social media.

The victim also told officers Brown had strangled her in November and between August and November had cut her arms with a broken glass.
After being arrested and bailed, Brown left an abusive and threatening voicemail, saying he was going to kill the victim’s mother.
He also left 10 voice notes to the victim on Facebook.
On Monday (22 April), at Cambridge Crown Court, Brown, of Cambridge Road, Milton, was jailed for 30 months, having pleaded guilty to two counts of ABH and counts of intentional strangulation and witness intimidation.
DC Steve Surtees said: “These were cowardly and violent assaults on the victim, followed by a serious attempt to intimidate a witness.
“Tackling domestic abuse is a force priority and we will always help to put abusers before the courts.”
