Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a cyclist was left with serious injuries following a collision on Thorpe Road in Peterborough yesterday (10 April).
The 80-year-old man from Peterborough was riding a bicycle, which was in collision with a Toyota Corolla at around 1:15pm on Wednesday (10 April).
He was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge with serious injuries.
Anyone who saw the collision or has dashcam footage should tell us about it through the force website using reference CC-10042024-0211.
DS Birkby from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit said: “Whilst a number of people stopped to help, I am keen to hear from anyone who may have dashcam footage, or who saw what happened but was unable to stop. You can contact us by reporting online, via 101 or by emailing [email protected]”
