Officers are appealing for information following business burglaries in Isleham and Burwell last night.
At just before midnight four men with crowbars were disturbed attempting to enter Spar, in High Street, Sawston, the men made off empty handed in a white Ford Focus ST.
Shortly before 1am Co-op, in North Street, Burwell, was targeted. A window was smashed, and a number of items were stolen.
A few minutes later Co-op, in West Street, Isleham, was then broken into. Again, with a window smashed and items taken away.
DI Tom Rowe said: “We believe these three offences are linked. I would urge anyone who witnessed any of the incidents to get in touch with us today.”
