We are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a bus and a cyclist in Cambridge.
Emergency services were called to Trumpington Road, at the junction with Fen Causeway, at about 12.25pm on 2 June (Thursday) with reports of a collision involving a cyclist and a Volvo single decker bus.
The cyclist, a 35-year-old man, was taken to Addenbrookes’ Hospital in Cambridge with life threatening injuries.
PC Stephanie Corletto, from the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit, said: “I would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed this collision. Also, any residents, businesses or drivers who may have CCTV or dashcam footage to get in touch.”
Anyone with information should call police on 101 or contact the online webchat service quoting reference 188 of 2 June.
