Man in court after police car damaged

A man is due to appear in court today (Thursday 18 August) charged with damaging a police car and driving offences.
The 30-year-old was arrested in Vere Road, Millfield, yesterday morning by officers from our Neighbourhood Support Team who were on patrol in the area.
He has since been charged with driving without a licence, driving without insurance, causing criminal damage to a police vehicle and failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Huntingdon Magistrates’ Court today.
