  • Details: The Sergeant's behaviour and standards of driving fell short as to what would be expected of a Police Sergeant under the classification of a standard driver when they were engaged in a pursuit.

The NPCC officer asked the member of staff to inform the officer of the themes that would be covered in the board.

  • Details: The Police Officer has used their position to gain an advantage for their partner and friends when attending an incident at a Public House which involved their partner and that the officer has lied to their Sgt about their whereabouts; has given their partner and friends preferential treatment and used a police vehicle as a taxi to transport their partner home and has produced an incomplete statement detailing the incident and the statement also contained assertions that were untrue and misleading.
