All of our social profiles are monitored during business hours between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and we aim to respond to comments where necessary.

We do not take crime reports via social media. If you need to report a non-emergency incident or crime, please report this to us online. Always call 999 in an emergency. 

We do not tolerate any offensive or abusive comments on our social pages. Any comments or posts of this nature will be removed from public view by being hidden or deleted. Persistent offensive or abusive behaviour will result in you being blocked access to the page.

Our social media channels are not a platform to post spam or adverts for products or services your business offers.
