We have liaison officers, known as 'LAGLOs', which stands for Lesbian and Gay Liaison Officers.
Our LAGLO officers work with the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community to understand the issues they face and to ensure we hold a positive relationship.

LAGLOs also offer advice to other police staff and officers in our force. They also support investigations to ensure members of the LGBT community receive a fair and equal service.
