You can make a freedom of information (FOI) request by using our online form or sending a letter to the below address.
Before submitting an FOI request, we encourage you to view our previous FOI responses and our publication scheme to find out whether your query has already been answered on this website.
Please be aware that our proactive publishing of FOI responses is a new online service and as such, may only contain a few responses. From October 2017 onwards, FOI responses will be updated on a weekly basis and available online responses will build over time, as and when we respond to members of the public.
