REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 Ref No: FOI2018/07027
I write in connection with your request for information received on 5th December. I note you seek access to the following information:

  • How many offences has the force recorded between January 2017 to date, in which Ofo or Mobike dockless bikes have featured? These offences will include, but are not limited to, criminal damage, theft, and public order offences.I would like the data in a csv or xls format and for each offence I would like to know the date it was recorded, offence type, and whether any suspect was charged


I am required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (The Act) to handle all requests in a manner that is blind to the identity of the requestor. Any information released in response to a request is regarded as being published and therefore, in the public domain without caveat.
