REQUEST UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 Ref No: FOI2018/06959
I write in connection with your request for information received on 3rd December. I note you seek access to the following information:
1.Under the Freedom of Information Act, please could you provide me with the number of
fixed penalty notices issued for cycling on the footway (pavement) for each of the past three financial years (2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18).
2.Please could you also provide me with number of people charged with dangerous cycling
and careless cycling in each of the above years.
I am required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (The Act) to handle all requests in a manner that is blind to the identity of the requestor. Any information released in response to a request is regarded as being published and therefore, in the public domain without caveat.
