Cambridgeshire Constabulary is set to transform its approach to policing to ensure budget cuts do not affect its service to the public.

Op ReDesign has been launched to research, design and implement a new service delivery model.

The process of change will not distract the force from its commitment to relentlessly pursue criminals and keep communities in Cambridgeshire safe.
