• Being accessible - making it easy for you to contact us when you need to in the way that is most convenient for you
• Taking appropriate and timely action – together with partner agencies we will keep you safe and feeling safe by detecting and reducing crime and anti social behaviour and by tackling your neighbourhood priorities
• Keeping you informed – when you contact us, as a victim or witness of crime or are involved in a road collision - we will keep you updated. We will also provide crime and performance information so you can see how we are performing
• Involving you - your neighbourhood policing teams will hold regular meetings, listen to your views so you can help set local policing priorities. We will also support you to work with us as special constables or as volunteers
• Dealing with your complaints - we will deal with your complaints quickly and professionally
